Hi, I’m Troy!

I’ve been playing a team drawing game called 3-Minute Animal at work for about the last decade. Sometimes as a participant, most often as the coordinator, but always as a drawer of goofy animals. (Also, as a provider of an unprofessional amount of emoji reactions. Not sorry.)

I love this game, I love the transformation it has on team culture, and I love seeing peoples' unique creative flare and humour come through. It’s something that you normally rarely get to see at work. It builds empathy and makes the workday more enjoyable. Worth every minute.

In 2025, I turned 3-Minute Animal into a Slack app and founded SuperNeatFunSoft Inc., with the mission of spreading it far and wide. Take it for a spin and get silly with your crew! I think your team will love it as much as I do.
